Refund and Return Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

Before ski pass activation:

  • More than 14 days before start date: Full refund
  • 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before start date: No refund

After ski pass activation:

  • No refunds for activated or partially used ski passes

2. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • Full refund to original payment method, OR
  • Credit for future booking (valid for 12 months)

3. Force Majeure

In case of ski area closure due to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions:

  • Unused days may be credited for future use
  • Partial refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Documentation may be required

4. Medical Emergencies

Refunds may be available for medical emergencies with appropriate documentation:

  • Medical certificate required
  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of the incident
  • Refund amount determined on a case-by-case basis

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to: manager@montblancnaturalresort.org

Please include:

  • Booking reference number
  • Name used for booking
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

6. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Activated ski passes
  • Passes reported as lost or stolen (after replacement issued)
  • Special promotional offers (unless stated otherwise)
  • Administrative fees
