Refund and Return Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer
Before ski pass activation:
- More than 14 days before start date: Full refund
- 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before start date: No refund
After ski pass activation:
- No refunds for activated or partially used ski passes
2. Cancellation by Us
If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- Full refund to original payment method, OR
- Credit for future booking (valid for 12 months)
3. Force Majeure
In case of ski area closure due to weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions:
- Unused days may be credited for future use
- Partial refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
- Documentation may be required
4. Medical Emergencies
Refunds may be available for medical emergencies with appropriate documentation:
- Medical certificate required
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of the incident
- Refund amount determined on a case-by-case basis
5. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to: manager@montblancnaturalresort.org
Please include:
- Booking reference number
- Name used for booking
- Reason for cancellation
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
6. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Activated ski passes
- Passes reported as lost or stolen (after replacement issued)
- Special promotional offers (unless stated otherwise)
- Administrative fees
