1. Delivery Options
Option A: E-Ticket (Recommended)
- Delivered instantly to your email after booking confirmation
- Print at home or show on mobile device at ticket office
- No shipping cost
- Available for all booking types
Option B: Collect at Resort
- Pick up at any MONT-BLANC Natural Resort ticket office
- Bring booking confirmation and valid photo ID
- Available from 8:00 AM on your start date
- No additional cost
Option C: Postal Delivery (Physical Card)
- Available for bookings made 10+ days in advance
- Delivery time: 5-7 business days (France), 7-14 business days (International)
- Shipping cost: €5 (France), €10 (EU), €15 (International)
- Tracking number provided via email
2. Delivery Areas
- E-Ticket: Worldwide (instant delivery)
- Resort collection: All MONT-BLANC Natural Resort ticket offices
- Postal delivery: France, EU countries, Switzerland, UK, Norway
3. Order Processing
- E-Tickets: Sent immediately upon successful payment
- Postal orders: Processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays: Processed next business day
4. Order Tracking
For postal deliveries:
- Tracking number sent via email when shipped
- Track your order through the carrier's website
- Contact us if tracking shows no movement after 5 days
5. Delivery Issues
E-Ticket not received:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email address used for booking
- Contact us for resend
Postal delivery not received:
- Check tracking status
- Contact us after expected delivery date
- We will investigate and arrange replacement if necessary
6. Lost or Stolen Passes
- Report immediately to: manager@montblancnaturalresort.org
- Original pass will be deactivated
- Replacement fee: €15
- New pass issued within 24 hours
